Our partner, the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis (IIASA) is announcing the IIASA Science Diplomacy Fellowship 2023.
The followship provides early-career opportunities (internship equivalent) in the area of science diplomacy. The fellowship period is 1 September – 30 November 2023. The fellowship covers the cost of travel to and from Vienna and the awardee’s home country at the beginning and end of the fellowship, as well as a modest stipend to offset living expenses during the period of the fellowship.
The Science Diplomacy Fellow will gain experience in developing engagements between IIASA, international organizations, the diplomatic corps, policymakers, the science diplomacy network, and other stakeholders. The successful candidate will work in the IIASA Communications and External Relations Department.
