How to join the Alliance

The EU Science Diplomacy Alliance is open to new members and global networkign partners (members are legal entities based in the EU; global networking partners are legal entities based outside the EU) who ‘self-commit’ to mobilise resources and support each other in the achievement of joint objectives as non-profit activities.

Membership is open to organisations only. Unfortunately, individuals cannot become members of the Alliance. Organisations who want to join the network should send an email describing the organisational profile and motivation to join. The message should also identify a responsible contact person within the organisation.

Should you be interested in membership or have any further questions, please contact the Alliance Chair at:
contact@science-diplomacy.eu

Applications are reviewed at the meetings of the General Assembly of the Alliance which are organised twice a year by the respective chair.

The deadline for submissions of Expressions of Interests (EoIs) for the next General Assembly Meeting is: 8 MAY 2026.
