As the host of the science-diplomacy.eu website (as well as the s4d4c.eu website), the Centre for Social Innovation (ZSI) – contact see below – is processing the personal data you are providing by registering to our mailing list.

Your data is stored/ processed for the following purposes: your email address will be used to inform you of science diplomacy news and events.

In case there is any need emerging to transfer your data, you will be informed beforehand.
Your personal data will be stored for a maximum period of 5 years starting with the date of your registration to the mailing list. After this time period, you will be invited to confirm your registration – otherwise, your data will be deleted. No automated decision making (including profiling) is performed.
You have the right to request from ZSI the access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data. You can also completely object to processing your personal data by ZSI. Furthermore, you have the right to obtain your personal data in a common format (“data portability”).
