Our Global Networking Partner and cooperator from University of Tromso, Rasmus Gjedssø Bertelsen holds a concluding Nansen lecture discussing the place of science diplomacy in navigating changes to international and Arctic order. The Arctic, including the Barents and West Nordic Regions, has always and continues to be closely integrated into and reflect international order.
