Alliance represented at the third UN Ocean Conference (UNOC3)
EU Science Diplomacy Alliance member the University of Bergen (UiB) is organising a number of events at the third UN Ocean Conference (UNOC3) in Nice. Topics relating to various aspects of SDG14 will be discussed in the events organised by UiB with partners. First and foremost there will be an official side event on the emerging field of Ocean Science Diplomacy with the Alliance as co-organiser. Other topics for UiB’s activities will be a presentation of Early Career Ocean Professionals (ECOPs), the university’s two Ocean Decade Actions, ocean science communications, the BBNJ agreement, knowledge-sharing, and ocean literacy.
