The Annual Conference of the Marie Curie Alumni Association (Member of the EU Science Diplomacy Alliance and Chair during the first half of 2023) will take place on the 24-25 February 2023 in Cordoba, Spain.

    Abstract: Providing scientific-based knowledge to decision-makers demands distinct competencies that are rarely part of the curricula for scientific or political science degrees at university. In this session, Lene Topp, policy analyst at the JRC, will discuss the JRC’s Competencies Framework and guide the audience in a competencies self-assessment exercise. The discussion will be led by EU SciDip Alliance members Stephany Mazon (INAR) and Antonino Puglisi (MCAA / Nanomerics Ltd.)
